LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Miracle Plum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit.

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at hi@miracleplum.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

RETURNS

We don't accept returns or exchanges, please be in touch if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Miracle Plum is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon arrival in the destination country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
