LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

Miracle Plum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages and we are unable to reimburse items which are lost or stolen in transit.



PAYMENTS 

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you prefer, we are happy to accept orders over the phone. Give us a call at 707/ 708 7986.

WINE 

In purchasing wine you confirm you are 21 years or older and you acknowledge you will have to show your ID to the parcel delivery service in order to claim your wine.

 
DAMAGES


If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at hi@miracleplum.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.



WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit to use toward any future event or store merchandise - if you notify us via email at least 48 hours before the workshop. To cancel your space and request a credit, email us at hi@miracleplum.com Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash. We are unable to offer credits of any kind with less than 48 hours advance notice. 
 
In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to a force majeure, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the class that you may use towards a future class or merchandise.
 


About Our Policy


Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, booking staff, and making commitments to pay our instructors – all details are carefully planned out ahead of time and based on the number of students per class. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs of last minute cancellations and still keep our class prices low for the community.
 
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend! Or contact the shop to see if we have a waitlist that we can fill an opening from.

RETURNS 

We don't accept returns or exchanges, please be in touch if you are not satisfied with your purchase.



ORDERS 

Online product orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order.


LOCAL 

Please allow a confirmation email so you know when your order is ready for pick up.



INTERNATIONAL 

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Miracle Plum is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon arrival in the destination country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
