We know you think you know how to make salad, but you dont.
While composing a melange of tasty tidbits might seem a no-brainer, in this back to basics class we will be exploring some crucial basics that will elevate your salads to new heights. How do you make a perfect vinaigrette? What about the workings of the ubiquitous and ever delicious Caesar? Can a salad actually fill you up? The answer to all these questions and more will be answered! The class will end with a salad eating frenzy accompanied wine of course. You will leave this class with a bottle of olive oil, a bottle of vinegar, and loads of salad inspiration.
