Joni Davis is back to help us make the best pie crust in the whole world just in time to knock the socks off of your Thanksgiving table.
You will make a double crust to take home and turn into the pie of your dreams along with a few essential tools to make the pie of your dreams forever after.
Joni has always been inspired by the beauty and bounty of Northern California. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she developed a deep appreciation for kitchen magic at a young age. This love of making good things to eat has sustained her throughout her life as an independent musician and kitchen professional. Joni has a bachelor’s in music from Goldsmith’s College, University of London and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry from Santa Rosa Junior College. She has been cooking and baking professionally since 2011, and teaching since 2019. She is currently an associate culinary arts instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College and a kitchen queen and Miracle Plum Kitchen.
Proof of vaccination and booster is required.
