Chef Abel Alvarez, self proclaimed lover of tinned fish, started Gueyu Mar to capture and preserve delicious flavors of grilled seafood, and employ the workers of his tiny seasonal restaurant on the northern coast of Spain year-round. 

These mussels are grilled over a wood fire, and packed in an escabeche of extra virgin olive oil and vinegar from MicroBio wines.

Ingredients: Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) and escabeche (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, onion, paprika and other spices).
