Chef Abel Alvarez, self proclaimed lover of tinned fish, started Gueyu Mar to capture and preserve delicious flavors of grilled seafood, and employ the workers of his tiny seasonal restaurant on the northern coast of Spain year-round. 

Cantabrian octopus is cleaned and cut into large pieces, grilled over a wood fire, and packed into extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Octopus (Octopus vulgaris), extra virgen olive oil (27%) and salt.
