Chef Abel Alvarez, self proclaimed lover of tinned fish, started Gueyu Mar to capture and preserve delicious flavors of grilled seafood, and employ the workers of his tiny seasonal restaurant on the northern coast of Spain year-round. 

This tin features wood grilled sardine tails in a spicy, tangy escabeche sauce.

Ingredients: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) and escabeche (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, onion, paprika and spices).
