Jus Jus Day is a verjus fermented in the style of Pét-Nat to just 3.5% ABV one third the amount of an average sparkling wine. Made using organic Chardonnay grapes from Hawkeye Ranch in Redwood Valley, CA and organic Muscat blanc from Contra Costa, CA with no added sulfites or preservatives.
