These caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples grown on their Sonoma County organic farm. They slow-cook their candies using organic sugar, local butter and cream, and freshly ground spices, and dust every caramel with thier Pink Pearl Apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!
